1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrectly described products. Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customised or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
