Should the damage be found to result from factors outside of manufacturing defects, we will inform you and provide details on any available repair services, including associated costs.

At Aroha Diamonds, we understand the importance of keeping your jewellery sparkling. Over time, dirt, oils, and everyday wear can dull the brilliance of your diamonds. While we do not have physical stores, we recommend regular at-home cleaning to maintain their shine.
How to Clean Your Diamond Jewellery at Home:
Mild Soap Solution: Mix warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap.
Soak: Place your jewellery in the solution for 15-20 minutes.
Gentle Brush: Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean around the setting and diamond.
Rinse and Dry: Rinse under lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
For a deeper clean, ultrasonic jewellery cleaners are an excellent option. However, ensure that your jewellery is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning before use.
